Undated - The Alger-Delta Cooperative Electric Association has received a USDA Rural Development loan to improve electric reliability. The $8 million loan will be used to build 42 miles of line and make improvements to 44 miles of existing lines. Alger-Delta provides power to nearly 10,000 rural residential and business consumers over more than 1,300 miles of line across some of the most remote and challenging areas in Michigan.
