Fatal O-R-V accident

ISHPEMING - An Ishpeming man is dead following an O-R-V accident.

Marquette County Sheriff’s Deputies say the accident happened Saturday at about 5:25pm on the ‘Clear Lake’ access road.

Fifty-one-year old Michael S. Argall was riding his four-wheeler around a curve that went downhill when he lost control and struck a tree on the shoulder of the road.

Argall was pronounced dead-at-the-scene. Deputies say he was not wearing a seat belt.

The crash remains under investigation.
