Interview with Dr. Stephen Grugin: Upper Peninsula Community Band Festival

The Marquette City Band is holding its annual Upper Peninsula Community Band Festival in Marquette, bringing together community band instrumentalists from across the U.S. for fun, education, concerts and more.  We spoke to Dr. Stephen Grugin, Director of the Marquette City Band and Director of Bands/Professor of Low Brass at Northern Michigan University:

The festival begins with registration and check-in Friday August 3rd at 12pm, and there will be two concerts at the Presque Isle Band Shell (one Friday evening at 7pm and another Saturday evening at 7pm).
