CRYSTAL FALLS, MI--   Two Crystal Falls residents have been arrested in connection with a fire that destroyed an Iron County camp last year.

Wednesday deputies arrested Troy Evert, 21, and Rachael Kirschner, 25. They’re both charged with 2nd degree arson, conspiracy to commit 2nd degree arson, and lying to a peace officer.

They remain lodged in the Iron County Jail on $10,000 bonds.

Deputies were assisted in the investigation by the Marinette County Sheriff’s Office, Niagara Police Department, the FBI, Crystal Falls Fire Department, and Iron County Central Dispatch.
