MARQUETTE, MI-- A preliminary hearing is scheduled for a Gwinn man accused of sexually assaulting a person under 13 years of age.
Marquon Woods, 23, is charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a person under 13 years of age, defendant 17 years of age or older; three counts of second-degree CSC with a person under 13; and one count of resisting and obstructing an officer.
He faces up to life in prison if convicted as charged.
Woods’ preliminary exam is set for February 13 in Marquette County District Court.
