An interview with Chef Alden MacDonald

NMU Alumni Relations kicks off the holiday season with a holiday cooking tutorial while also celebrating the new Hospitality Management facility in the Northern Center.

As a part of Northern Now, the digital event series for alumni and friends hosted by Northern Michigan University, Chef Alden MacDonald (executive chef of Dining Services at NMU) will host a digital cooking segment in the Northern Center kitchen. Nostalgic recipes for the holidays will be shared by Chef Alden along with Hospitality Management student Trixie Maguran Jacobson.

Chef Alden visited Public Radio 90's studios to be interviewed by Public Radio 90 intern Yaqing Li about the Holiday Cooking Livestream:
