SENEY TOWNSHIP, MI— One person was killed in a snowmobile accident in Seney Township Tuesday.
The Schoolcraft County Sheriff's Office says it happened around 5:45 p.m. on Trail 43 near County Road 450. A 66-year-old man failed to negotiate a curve and hit a tree. He was taken to Helen Newberry Joy Hospital, where he died.
Michigan State Police, Seney First Responders, and Luce County EMS assisted at the scene.
