Need to alleviate some stress? Join Jeremy Morelock for a weekly, on-line Meditation Class emphasizing mindfulness, loving-kindness and compassion. The class meets Thursdays from 5:30-7:00 pm. If prompted, click OK to allow the mobile device to use your camera and microphone so that you may view and participate in the meeting. When you see “To hear others please join audio,” click Call using Internet Audio. To join from a computer, point your web browser to https://zoom.us/join and put in the meeting ID 471 458 3633.
