MARQUETTE, MI— Marquette’s Winter Parking Ban begins Wednesday, November 1st.
No parking will be allowed on any city street between the hours of 1 a.m. to 6 a.m.
Vehicle owners who don’t comply with the winter parking ban will be subject to a $75 fine. They could also have their vehicle towed if it impedes snow removal efforts by the plow crews.
Vehicle owners are encouraged to make off-street parking arrangements for their vehicles for the winter as soon as possible.
The parking ban will run through Monday, April 1st.
