A conversation with Jon Teichman about the inaugural event

A new event celebrating pop culture in the Upper Peninsula called BAY-CON is coming soon to Bay College in Escanaba.

Vendors around the Upper Great Lakes will join forces on Saturday, May 21 in Room 952 of the Joseph Heirman University Center on the Bay College campus for a day of pop culture. Vintage toys, video games, vinyl records, and more will be available, along with events like a vintage video gaming room and cosplay photo booth.

BAY-CON is sponsored by Bay College's Campus Activities Board and is a fundraiser for the college's student organizations. The event is free, with a suggested donation of $2 for those 10 and over.
