A celebration of National Poetry Month will happen again this year for the second annual Great Lakes Poetry Festival.

Peter White Public Library presents the Great Lakes Poetry Festival from April 23rd to the 30th, kicking off with an event at Drifa Brewing Company. The kickoff event launches the fest with readings by Troy Graham, Gala Malherbe, current U.P. Poet Laureate Beverly Matherne, and two-time U.P. Poet Laureate Marty Achatz. Zach Lancaster will provide musical entertainment.
