MARQUETTE, MI-- Fire has damaged the garage of a Marquette residence.
City firefighters were called to 337 Fisher Street and found smoke coming out of the garage eaves, window, and door openings. Officials say fire was visible on a wall and the ceiling.
The fire was extinguished within five minutes of the firefighters’ arrival.
Structural damage was light, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
