MARQUETTE, MI-- A Gwinn man has been arrested by Marquette City Police for using a stolen credit card.
Officers were investigating the use of the credit/debit card at a local business when they identified Cody Renfroe, 22, through video surveillance.
Renfroe is charged with five felony counts of stealing/retaining a financial transaction device without consent and one misdemeanor count of receiving/concealing stolen property less than $200.
Renfroe remains lodged in the Marquette County Jail on a $1,500 bond.
