Home invasion suspect pleads to charge

ONTONAGON, MI--   A Ewen man charged with home invasion has pleaded guilty in the case. 

Clint Paulick, 21, is accused of breaking into a Ewen home in October, holding the owner at gunpoint, and demanding money.  He left the house when the homeowner said he had no money to give.

Paulick pleaded guilty Thursday to attempted armed robbery, larceny of a firearm, and felonious assault.

Sentencing is set for February 27. 

Nicole was born near Detroit but has lived in the U.P. most of her life. She graduated from Marquette Senior High School and attended Michigan State and Northern Michigan Universities, graduating from NMU in 1993 with a degree in English.
