ESCANABA, MI-- Firefighters from Escanaba Public Safety battled a house fire on North 3rd Street early Tuesday morning.
They were called to the 6300 block around 2:10 a.m. and found smoke and flames coming from the roof.
Although the house sustained heavy damage no injuries to the residents or firefighters were reported.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
