Marquette County suspects charged in Escanaba robbery

ESCANABA, MI--   Three men charged in two Chocolay Township robberies have been arraigned on similar charges in Delta County.

Tristen Snow, Jaccob Jones, and Jordan Steinhausen are suspects in the robbery of the Escanaba Quality Inn and Suites on August 15.  Snow and Steinhausen are both charged with armed robbery and conspiracy to commit armed robbery.  Jones is charged with aiding and abetting an armed robbery and conspiracy to commit armed robbery.

All suspects remain lodged in the Marquette County Jail on $1 million bonds.  They were arraigned in Delta County District Court via videoconference.  The judge ordered additional bonds of $750,000 and no contact between the three.

The Escanaba Public Safety Department says a fourth suspect in the Escanaba case is lodged in a Wisconsin jail, pending extradition to Michigan.

A preliminary exam for the three suspects is set for October 20 in Delta County District Court.
