MARQUETTE, MI-- Officials have identified the victims of a house fire on Baraga Avenue in Marquette Saturday morning.
City Police say the residence at 528 West Baraga was engulfed when firefighters arrived. All occupants were out of the home and the fire was extinguished.
Officers say John Rachel, 35 and Darrien Jukkuri, 24, were taken to UPHS-Marquette. Rachel was treated and discharged. Jukkuri was airlifted to a medical facility to treat the severe burns she sustained in the fire.
Jukkuri is listed in stable condition.
