Marquette Police arrest three for prescription fraud

MARQUETTE, MI--Three Rapid River men have been arrested in Marquette for prescription fraud.

The Marquette Police Department says Jordan Whale, 19, Jackson Trombley, 36, and Joshua Moyle-Deneau, 21, were each arrested on one count of conspiracy to obtain a controlled substance by fraud. The charges stem from an investigation by Marquette Police, who allege the suspects conspired to call in and pick up another party’s prescription medication at a city pharmacy without authorization.

The charge is punishable by up to four years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
