Online marketplace replaces Marquette Farmers Market

MARQUETTE, MI--   The Marquette Farmers Market is now online.

The Marquette Downtown Development Authority has launched a virtual marketplace in response to social distancing parameters. Customers can place orders from noon on Sundays to midnight on Wednesdays. They can pick up the orders at the Marquette Commons Saturday during an assigned pickup time.

All orders will be pre-paid via credit card. The online marketplace will also allow food assistance programs to be redeemed for purchases, including SNAP, P-EBT and Double Up Food Bucks. Senior Market Fresh and WIC Project Fresh will also be accepted as they roll out later this summer.

For more information go to www.mqtfarmersmarket.com.
