MARQUETTE, MI-- A preliminary hearing will be held Tuesday for a Negaunee Township man accused of posting “revenge porn.”
Matthew Ward, 26, was arrested September 5 following an investigation into his online activity. A search warrant was executed at his home in August and evidence was seized.
Ward was arraigned on six charges, including first-degree criminal sexual conduct, child sexually abusive activity, possession of child sexually abusive material, and distribution of child sexually abusive material.
His preliminary exam takes place Tuesday in Marquette District Court.
