RICHMOND TOWNSHIP, MI-- No major injuries are reported in a single-vehicle rollover accident in Marquette County.
Sheriff’s deputies were called Tuesday to M-35 south of County Road 565 in Richmond Township. They say a car driven by Marie Schaefer, 44, of Gwinn was southbound when she lost control of the vehicle. It crossed the centerline, hit a rock and overturned, coming to rest on its roof in the ditch.
Neither Schaefer nor a small child properly restrained in the back seat was seriously injured.
The crash remains under investigation.
