Marquette County Sheriff's Office

TILDEN TOWNSHIP, MI--   Authorities continue to search the Charley Lakes area of Marquette County for a man reported missing on Monday.

Nicholas Suardini, 31, was last seen Thursday, May 13 leaving his mother’s Tilden Township home around 10:30 a.m. Doorbell video shows he was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt with the words “Big Bay” on the front, black and white basketball shorts, and no shoes. He was carrying a dog food bag allegedly containing a half-gallon of vodka and other alcohol.

Suardini reportedly struggles with mental health and substance abuse. He didn’t have his wallet, phone, or medications with him.

The Marquette County Sheriff’s Office is also trying to contact and interview Kyle Dorow, 25, of the Ishpeming area. Dorow was at the house the day Suardini left.

Deputies and Marquette County Search and Rescue personnel were sent back to the area of North Shore Road and are conducting additional searches in the wooded area where he was last seen.

Anyone with information regarding Suardini is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office Tip Line at 906-225-8441 or Central Dispatch at 906-475-9922. Anyone who has contact with Kyle Dorow is also asked to call the Sheriff’s Office.
