HOUGHTON, MI-- A sentencing date has been set for a Houghton County man arrested on meth and domestic violence charges.
Steven Ruotsala, 48, of Atlantic Mine was originally charged with delivery of meth and domestic violence – third offense. Sheriff’s deputies allegedly found a large amount of crystal meth after they were called to his home in October.
Ruotsala pleaded guilty to possession of meth and possession of methylphenidate. The original charges were then dropped.
Sentencing is set for April 5 in Houghton County Circuit Court.
