MARQUETTE, MI-- A trial date has been set for a Marquette woman facing eight felony counts, including assault with intent to murder.
Amber Suggitt, 32, was arrested in February after a shot was fired into a wall at a Fair Avenue residence during a domestic dispute. She was ultimately also charged with kidnapping, first-degree home invasion, assault with intent to commit sexual penetration, and four counts of felony firearms.
Suggitt was found competent to stand trial in June.
A pretrial hearing is scheduled for October 16 and trial for February 26.
