UNDATED – The Superior Watershed Partnership is offering mini-grants to help community groups cover the cost of river and beach clean-ups. The funding covers garbage bags, gloves, and trash disposal and is available on a reimbursement basis. A limited amount of funding is also available for heavy item removal and disposal. Natasha Koss, Superior Watershed Program Coordinator, says the funding helps environmental clean up efforts by local organizations.
