ESCANABA, MI-- One person has been killed in a three-vehicle accident in Delta County.
The Sheriff’s Office says the crash happened Monday around 2 p.m. on US-2 near 1 Road in Hyde. Deputies say the accident involved a camper towing an SUV, a truck, and a third vehicle. They say an eastbound vehicle may have crossed the centerline, causing the crash.
US-2 was closed for several hours as officials cleared the scene.
One driver died in the incident. Two people were taken to St. Francis Hospital with minor injuries.
The accident remains under investigation.
