UPSET conducts meth bust in Escanaba

ESCANABA, MI--   Three Escanaba residents have been arrested on meth-related charges.

The Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team was alerted Tuesday that the suspects had just purchased components used to manufacture meth.  A search of a residence on North 16th Street resulted in the seizure of various meth-related components.

Robert Jones, 52, is charged with manufacturing meth and conspiracy to manufacture meth.

Marissa Tallberg, 21, is charged with conspiracy to manufacture meth. 

Alice Revis, 31, is charged with conspiracy to manufacture meth, possession of marijuana, and frequenting a drug house. 

All three suspects remain lodged in the Delta County Jail.

Nicole was born near Detroit but has lived in the U.P. most of her life. She graduated from Marquette Senior High School and attended Michigan State and Northern Michigan Universities, graduating from NMU in 1993 with a degree in English.
