Harvest Fest takes over Baraga Avenue in Marquette this weekend

MARQUETTE, MI--   A portion of Baraga Avenue in Marquette will be closed off for the fourth annual Harvest Fest on Saturday.

Sponsored by New Holland Brewing Company, the event will be held on the 100 block of Baraga between Front and Third Streets from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.  It features family-friendly activities, such as a big truck petting zoo and live animal petting zoo, a pasty-eating contest, a mechanical bull, miniature golf course, and the Children’s Museum’s Paint Baraga Avenue Chalk Painting Contest Saturday morning. Music will be provided by Troy Graham & and the Fiddle Man and The Dragon Wagon Trio.
