Since July 5 the StoryCorps mobile booth in Marquette has been busy documenting the stories of Upper Peninsula residents.
We Yoopers have lots of great stories to tell and have already booked up all the original Story Corps recording slots in Marquette. However we want to collect as many stories as possible so they have squeezed in some extra recording times during the last couple weeks in July to allow more people to participate.
Mobile Tour Manager Emily Janssen was in our Public Radio 90 studios July 8th to discuss the process and encourage residents to sign up and talk about their lives.
