Marquette shooting injures two

MARQUETTE, MI--   One man was arrested over the weekend in relation to a shooting incident in Marquette. 

City Police responded to the 200 block of Bluff Street Sunday around 2:30 a.m. on a report that shots were fired.  Residents of other apartments in the building were evacuated while officers took control of the situation. 

Two people were taken to Marquette General Hospital with gunshot wounds.  Officials say the injuries were not life-threatening. 

The incident remains under investigation.
