GRAND MARAIS, MI-- The Alger County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the discovery of marijuana and illegal weapons in Grand Marais.
Police recently searched two locations and uncovered the drugs and guns. No suspect names have yet been released and the case remains under investigation.
Deputies were assisted by the Department of Natural Resources, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, the Liquor Control Commission, a K-9 from the U.S. Forest Service, and the Michigan Department of Corrections.
