Forsyth Township suspect arrested on child porn charge

FORSYTH TOWNSHIP, MI--   A Forsyth Township man has been arrested for child sexually abusive activity.

Township Police allege Todd Bartczak, 56, enticed a minor to engage in sexually abusive activity for the purpose of producing child pornography.  He was arrested at his Banshee Street residence without incident.

Bartczak is lodged in the Marquette County Jail on a $100,000 bond. 

The Michigan State Police Computer Crime Unit and Marquette City Police assisted in the case.
