Marquette man arrested for pot possession

MARQUETTE, MI--   A Marquette man has been arrested on a marijuana charge. 

City Police say they arrested David Pitawanakwat, 25, Friday following an investigation and execution of a search warrant at his residence. Officers say during the search marijuana was located and seized.

Pitawanakwat is charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, punishable by up to four years in jail and a $20,000 fine.

He’s currently free on bond.
