MARQUETTE, MI-- Marquette Police are investigating the deaths of two people in the city.
Monday around 8:10 a.m. officers were dispatched to a residence on the 900 block of Sherman Street. They found a 31-year-old woman and 29-year-old man, both Marquette residents, deceased within the home.
No other details are available. The cause of the deaths is under investigation at this time.
The Marquette Fire Department, NMU Police, and Michigan State Police Crime Lab assisted at the scene.
