No parole for Batchelor

ESCANABA, MI--   An Escanaba man convicted of killing his wife will spend the rest of his life in prison. 

Kallay Batchelor, 37, was found guilty in May of killing his 32-year-old wife Heather last September.  She was found on her bedroom floor with a knife in her throat.  

Batchelor was sentenced Wednesday to life in prison without the possibility of parole.  His attorneys plan to appeal.
