Man sentenced for delivering cocaine

MARQUETTE, MI--   A Marquette man has been sentenced for selling drugs.  

Anre Montgomery, 38, was arrested by UPSET in April in a residence on Longyear Avenue.  A search of the house uncovered cocaine, ecstasy, illegal prescription pills, and more than $900 in cash. 

Montgomery was charged with two counts of delivery of cocaine – less than 50 grams.  He was sentenced to 18 months to 20 years in prison on one count.
