Interview: From Bach to the Future, with the MSO

The BachFest is underway for the Marquette community, and the Marquette Symphony Orchestra is taking part in the festivities.  For their first concert of the season, titled "From Bach to the Future," they feature a tribute to J.S. Bach.  Music selections include Bach's Fantasia and Fugue in C minor and Tre Corali.  This concert will also be the first of the season including Octavio Mas-Arocas as the new Principal Conductor of the MSO.  We spoke with him in the studio leading up to the concert:

The Marquette Symphony Orchestra's concert, "From Bach to the Future," takes place Saturday, Sept. 15 at 7:30pm at Kaufman Auditorium in Marquette.  Tickets available at NMU Ticket Outlets and nmu.edu/tickets.
