Pine Mountain Music Festival is back with a variety of thrilling adventures for its 2023 season.

PMMF's classical music events occur in various locations across Michigan's Upper Peninsula throughout June. Audiences can experience classical music in many forms, including music for the string quartet, string trio, duo and solo performances, and more. PMMF notably will collaborate with Guerilla Opera and composer Elena Ruehr to present the concert version of the opera The Thrilling Adventures of Lovelace and Babbage, based on the steampunk graphic novel by Sydney Padua.

The events take place across the U.P. from June 3rd - 21st in Houghton, Ontonagon, Marquette, Hancock, and for the first time, Isle Royale.

Kurt lives in Marquette with his family and can’t imagine living anywhere else. He loves music, games, running, being near water, and a fine cold brew coffee.
