Missing Harvey woman found

CHOCOLAY TOWNSHIP, MI--  

UPDATE: 12 p.m.

At 11:25 a.m. Wendy Mansuy's family contacted Chocolay Township Police to say she was at home and fine.  Officials are thanking the public for its help in the matter.

Chocolay Police are looking for a woman missing since Thursday morning. 

Wendy Michelle Mansuy, 26, was last seen at the Dry Dock Tavern in Harvey early Thursday morning.  Her friends say she was intoxicated and ran off for unknown reasons. 

Mansuy is a 5’2”, 110-pound white female with brown, shoulder-length hair and green eyes.  She was last seen wearing a white tank top and jean shorts.  Her shoes were found in the Dry Dock parking lot.

Anyone with information regarding Mansuy’s whereabouts is asked to call Chocolay Police at 249-4040. 

Nicole was born near Detroit but has lived in the U.P. most of her life. She graduated from Marquette Senior High School and attended Michigan State and Northern Michigan Universities, graduating from NMU in 1993 with a degree in English.
