MARQUETTE, MI-- Michigan State Police from the Negaunee post say M-28 between Marquette and Munising was fully opened to traffic at 5:30 Thursday morning.
Troopers are reminding motorists they still need to drive with care on the route because of recent inclement weather and road conditions.
