IRONWOOD, MI-- The Michigan Department of Natural Resources is holding a series of meetings across the state to discuss a possible wolf hunting season.
DNR Wildlife Division staff will discuss various management techniques—including a public harvest—then hold a question-and-answer session with attendees. The public will also be asked to complete a survey regarding a possible hunt.
All meetings will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. local time:
Tuesday, March 12; Gogebic Community College, David Lindquist Student Center, Ironwood
Wednesday, March 13; Northern Michigan University, University Center, Marquette
Tuesday, March 19; Wisconsin Street Hall, Gaylord
Thursday, March 21; Lansing Center, Lansing
