"Trick or Tuna" at UPAWS

NEGAUNEE TOWNSHIP, MI (AP)--   The Upper Peninsula Animal Welfare Shelter has too many cats and is looking to find them homes with a Halloween-themed event.

UPAWS is holding "Trick or Tuna" through October 31.  It will allow people to name their price for any cat age six months and up.  Kittens, which usually cost $115 to adopt, are being offered for $50.

The shelter, its PetSmart adoption center and its foster program have more than 100 cats.

The price includes spaying or neutering, shots, and a health check.
