MARQUETTE, MI--   Officials are investigating the cause of a fire that destroyed a Marquette house.

Wednesday around 4:30 a.m. firefighters responded to 535 East Michigan Street and found the building engulfed.

All occupants of the home were able to escape and no injuries were reported.

Marquette Police say arson investigators from the Marquette Fire Department and the Michigan State Police have been trying to determine the cause of the blaze.  They say several people have been interviewed and the case remains under investigation.
