CADILLAC, MI-- A 14-year-old German boy has been found safe after he was declared missing from Chippewa County.
Michael James Ciacelli was at his grandparents’ cabin near Paradise when he took off Monday afternoon. He was missing for 24 hours when police eventually found him at his grandparents’ house in downstate Cadillac.
Ciacelli is visiting his family from Germany.
