GLADSTONE, MI-- Fire has claimed a garage in Gladstone.
Gladstone Public Safety, the Gladstone Volunteer Fire Department, and the Escanaba Township Fire Department were called Tuesday around 11:15 p.m. to 403 Wisconsin Avenue. Upon arrival they found the garage fully engulfed. Officials say its roof collapsed shortly after they got there.
Firefighters were able to contain the flames to the garage. They remained on the scene for approximately three hours extinguishing hot spots.
The Gladstone Department of Public Works and Michigan State Police assisted at the scene.
