MARQUETTE, MI (AP)-- The Michigan Department of Transportation says all roadside parks in the Upper Peninsula are reopening for the season.
The agency says the 32 parks usually open in mid- to late-April each year. They'll be open Monday, but water won't be turned on until after testing is completed in early May.
The parks usually close in late October of each year. A map and list of MDOT roadside parks is posted on the state's website.
