GLADSTONE, MI-- A Gladstone garage was consumed by fire over the weekend.
Officers from Gladstone Public Safety were called Saturday around 4 p.m. to 524 Michigan Avenue. Upon arrival they saw flames coming from the garage. They were extinguished within a few minutes.
There were no injuries or damage to any other structures.
A discarded cigarette appears to have been the cause of the fire.
The garage is considered a total loss.
