MARQUETTE, MI-- Volunteers are once again needed for this year’s Ore to Shore Mountain Bike Epic.
Michigan’s largest mass-start, point-to-point mountain bike race will be held Saturday, August 11. Officials say people are needed for every aspect of the race, from registration the night before to the awards ceremony afterward.
The epic includes a 10-mile Shore Rock starting from Lakeview Arena in Marquette, a 28-mile Soft Rock that begins at Lakeview Elementary School in Negaunee, and a 48-mile Hard Rock starting from downtown Negaunee.
