MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP, MI— No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident by Burger King in Marquette Township Monday.

The Marquette County Sheriff's Office was dispatched around 2:25 p.m. to the restaurant driveway closest to Brickyard Road on a report of a crash.

Deputies say a 22-year-old Marquette man was exiting Burger King in a Subaru Outback when he struck a Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by an 18-year-old Wisconsin man.

The driver of the Subaru was found to be at fault for failure to yield. Neither driver suffered any injuries.

Nicole was born near Detroit but has lived in the U.P. most of her life. She graduated from Marquette Senior High School and attended Michigan State and Northern Michigan Universities, graduating from NMU in 1993 with a degree in English.
