NEGAUNEE TOWNSHIP - State Police are investigating a 2-vehicle collision in Negaunee Township.
Troopers say the accident was reported at about 6:55 this morning on US-41 at Airport Drive.
A westbound Ford F-150, driven by 57-year old Edward Havel of Big Bay, was unable to avoid a collision with a Freightliner semi-tractor trailer turning onto US-41 from Airport Drive.
Havel was taken to Marquette General Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the semi, 33-year old David Rushford of Ishpeming, was cited for Failure to Yield the Right-of-Way.
Troopers say freezing rain was causing icing on the roadway at the time of crash.
